Intercessor's Update

The following is something we send out each week to some people through an e-mail to keep Christ's body connected. Now for you, our readers, part of Christ's body, we are going to be posting our Intercessor's Update here on our blog so you too are able to know where we are with things here in London. It is also to update you with some Prayer Requests that we may have around these parts...If you are interested, read on:

Here is a little bit of what were were praying from the Bible last night at Knee Drill:

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal." -2 Corinthinans 4:16-18

It is definately worth reading these verses outloud, expanding in prayer, and being encouraged!

Praise the Lord with us...

  • ROOTS was a great experience for the group of us who went out. All of us filled up a cabin and soaked in what the Lord had for us! I didn't get to see it BUT I heard many stories about one of our friends that we brought (Rob) was so freed up in Worship that he was dancing around in the front with some flags!
    Praise the LORD!
  • God has been giving us wisdom with how to battle the nasty spirits around here!
  • We have been given daily strength to keep on battling here!
  • We are seeing deeper relationships being established and openness to receiving from the Lord!
  • Cell has been growing, and growing, and growing!
  • It looks like the proposal for a soup truck is starting to roll!

Please pray for...

  • Elaine and the kids as they are out at her parents house as her Father is nearing heavenly glory.
  • Any pain that Ian has been having within the past few days would disappear.
  • Joshua to be completely healed of his asthma.
  • Dan and Phil to have a wonderful last few weeks around here and that there would be people here to pick up where they left off in relationships.
What a blessing they have been here.
  • Tasha would have a baby growing more and more healthy each day.
  • People from the Coffee House compelled to attend the existing cell at the Ivany's.
  • Some refreshing springs for 614 to go to and be filled up and to have our thirsts quenched.
  • Laborers to come in September to engage in focused ministry with London 614.
  • Consistent painting contracts for Ian.
  • Strength to press in and press on...
  • Increased faith and trust in the Lord to lead and provide for us.
  • Those in the Centre of Hope.
  • That hearts would be prepared as we go in the States to be
involved in some pier ministry in July.
Pray also that we would have no issues crossing the border into the States or back into Canada.
  • Joshua, that he would be filled with passion as he goes into his work place.
  • My Permanent Residency papers.
Pray that the Canadian Officers would pass my papers through quickly!
  • Each member of the Leadership team here that we would know who we are in the spirit and walk in that!

Thank you for all of your prayers! They are much appreciated!

May the peace of God dwell in your hearts.
