This question has haunted my dreams for days now. After many sleepless nights I have come up with the answer.
Danny Devito and Helen Keller!

me? um ... i don't know. off the top of my head ... adolf hitler and Jesus. all 3 of us together.

no that anonymous comment wasn't me because my obvious answer would be Helen Keller AND Marilyn Monroe - not Danny Devito - even though Danny could pull off some nice Helen Keller jokes during the dinner.
